Shipping & returns

Orders placed before 2pm CO time on business days usually ship the same day. Others leave the next business day.

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States typically arrives in 3–7 business days. Expedited options appear at checkout when available. Tracking is emailed once your package is scanned.

We currently ship to the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap — email hello@gounmatched.co if you need a custom quote.

Every sock is a single SKU. If you want a classic matching pair, order two of the same design. Orders of mixed singles arrive exactly as selected — no auto-pairing.

Unworn, unwashed socks in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, or exchanged for a different single.

Start a return by emailing support@gounmatched.co with your order number. We will send a prepaid label for domestic returns. Sale items and socks showing wear are not eligible.

Socks are unisex Small, Medium, and Large. Women's and men's US shoe sizes map to those sizes differently. Soft stretch cuff, mid calf. If something feels off, contact support before you wash — we will sort it out.
